I've been ordering food here for a while now. Mostly their sushi but the last two times I've ordered from the hibachi menu and it was great. The food is delicious, the hibachi portions are great! Lots of vegetables, nice portions of chicken and shrimp and it all tastes fresh. The service is quick. Quiet inside. Just take a look at your receipt they include the tip automatically when ordering online.

Visited this sushi Japanese spot on McClean Avenue in Yonkers. The restaurant was clean, had a nice setup, and meter parking outside. The service was really good and so was food and sangria. We were both pleased with our vegetables, tempura, and shrimp orders. Will try again.

Had a nice lunch here today. I was the first one in the door upon opening, and I appreciate their unlocking the doors on time 'cuz it's cold outside. Bathroom was my first visit. Nice and clean private set up. Once seated at a booth, the waitress wasted no time and got my drink order. The miso soup was a little weak for my taste but I still liked it. The sushi was great though... the yellowtail scallion roll has that really nice flavor I love, the salmon Avocado was fresh and thru gave nice portions of fish. The best was the Toro Sushi... so fresh. They have a full bar here. Nice place!

Been here multiple times. Sushi is always fresh and affordable.Theyre always so generous with the amount they stuff into the handrolls (check it out in the picture) and price ranges $6-10 for them. Service is also great, servers are always so sweet and attentive. I got their hot green tea and they're ALWAYS coming around to refill it. Parking is annoying since it's all meter but that's just Yonkers. Definitely one of the best sushi places in Westchester.

Wanted really good Asian food while recuperating from surgery in the Bronx. The BX is somewhat of a food desert, in terms of quality, and depending where you are... I did some research, and of course the Yelp was a lot of help. Thanks y'all!!!! My guy kept saying this was a great choice and it really was. We ordered a few dishes, including soup, which I very much needed. I was happy that the miso soup was not salty. We ordered the steak and shrimp hibachi, which was fantastic. We also ordered the chef's special chicken dish which was sooooo good. Everything was on pause and we were pretty much were speechless, except for the "Uuuummm, uuummm" LOL. This was an Uber eats delivery, but we plan on having a meal at Tomo when we are in the area.

I was waiting for the pandemic to end so I could sit inside and give this place a proper review, but here we are 9 months later and we still can't dine in so why wait anymore. I could always update later. Literally just this year I tried sushi for the first time - not here. I've always heard nice things about this place, including the sushi, so once I decided I was going to like sushi, it only became natural that I finally come here. Yes, they have plenty of non-sushi items on the menu as well, but sushi was always the main event here. I've been ordering the same things every time (I'm still a sushi amateur) - the sushi deluxe (10 pieces of sushi & a California roll) and the sushi regular (8 pieces of sushi & 1 tuna roll) - both offer the same assortment and is very filling. Each come with a choice of miso soup or salad. They're generous with the chopsticks and napkins. The menu is very deep, so if you're a sushi fan you'd have more than enough to choose from. One day hopefully someone will teach me about the rest of the menu. Since the pandemic, it's only been take out (when that reopened), so perhaps one day if and when things return to normal we can see how the dining experience is. I've known some people who have and they always said everything was good. Staff has been friendly enough when I call to order and when picking up. Parking is metered, but after 7pm is free. I believe Sundays are free. Yonkers meters have that free 10 minute option if you're just picking up. All in all, a great sushi option and if you do like sushi, you really ought to try this place if you haven't already. Yes, I'm still relatively new to sushi, but this place has kept me liking it and hopefully one day I can try the rest of the menu. Recommended for all fans of sushi or Japanese cuisine.
